Official Rates for Season 2020

All prices below are in euro(€), per room, per night. Please, note that the hotel management holds the right for any possible future changes to these prices.

Four of our studios can accommodate up to 4 persons while the other three studios have a maximum capacity of 3 persons. The above listed prices include all legal taxes. The above listed prices don’t include daily breakfast service, which costs 10€, per adult, per day. In case of booking your accommodation with the above listed prices, your deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation. For more options, please contact us.

Covid-19 Emergency Policy

We are currently facing an unprecedented situation and we must all, each in our own way, take the necessary steps to limit the spread of the COVID 19 virus. In face of these new facts, at Sea Pearl we are implementing high standards of cleanliness and hygiene and operate in accordance with the recommendations by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Greek Government guidelines.

• Check-in time is at 15:00 and check-out time is no later than 11:00 for reasons of cleanliness and disinfection of the room.
• Buffet breakfast is not available this year.
• Breakfast is served packaged, in your room and costs 10€, per adult per day.
• In order to use the pool there are extra emergency instructions that will be given to you upon your arrival.

Reservation Policy

Please, read carefully before making a reservation:

• Since we have confirmed availability for your preferred dates of stay and in order to complete your reservation at Sea Pearl apartments, it is necessary that you provide a deposit of 30% of the total cost of your stay by making a deposit to our bank account. For further details please, contact us.
• The remaining balance is to be paid after your arrival at Sea Pearl apartments.
• Check-out time is between 11:30 and 12:00 noon and check-in time is at 15:00 noon.
• In case you decide to leave before your scheduled departure date, you are requested to pay 50% of the remaining value of the days for which you were scheduled in accordance with provisions in law.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your booking 30 or more days before the date of arrival, your deposit will be fully refunded. If you cancel in less than 29 days before the date of arrival, your deposit will not be refunded. In case of cancellation, your deposit will not be refunded.
